Without built assets, the diagnosis becomes your homework, not the client's fix
A ranked list of strategies is useful right up until someone has to build the thing the list recommends. "Raise your prices" isn't an asset. It's a sentence. Somebody still has to write the email, design the new pricing page, and decide exactly what day it goes out.
Most advisors know this gap firsthand: they've spent two years slowly assembling a swipe file of templates, only to rebuild half of it from scratch for every new client because nothing was built to map to a specific diagnosis. A meaningful share of stalled advice isn't a trust problem or a motivation problem, it's a capacity problem: the client, or the advisor, simply doesn't have the time to build what was recommended. More on this in why clients don't implement business advice.
Handing over a plan without the build step removes the recommendation, not the problem.
