Without a content engine, visibility is the thing that never gets done
Every advisor and business owner knows content matters for staying visible between direct outreach. Almost nobody has the time to write it consistently. A blog that hasn't been updated in four months isn't a content strategy failure; it's a bandwidth failure. The same is true for newsletters that get planned every quarter and written maybe twice.
This is a specific version of the capacity failure that shows up across advisory work broadly: the recommendation ("post more consistently") is correct, and it still doesn't happen, because nobody has the hours to build it from a blank page every time. More on capacity failure in why clients don't implement business advice. Removing the blank-page step is the actual fix, not another reminder to "be more consistent."
